On Thursday 11th June, at Taqwa Institute, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu belt grading ceremony for girls under 13 was led by SUKATA Oldham and Prof Thay Oliveira. Ten young athletes were promoted to grey and white belts in a proud milestone for the programme.

On Sunday 17th May 2026, Mohammed Isaaq of Claritas Universal delivered a teacher training session titled Nurturing the Student Temperament. Attended by 24 participants, the session explored how educators can better understand student challenges, motivations, and different learning styles to create more effective and supportive learning environments.

From 1st to 4th May, the Muslim European Empowerment Programme took place in Kristiansand, Norway, bringing together 50 leaders from across Europe for a weekend of dialogue, collaboration, and leadership development. Participants explored key issues including media representation, Islamophobia, inclusion, and integration.
