Taqwa Institute and Sidr Launch Islamic SEND Hub & Inclusive Education Partnership
Taqwa Institute, Sidr School and Sidr Productions will jointly develop high-quality Islamic SEND curricula and educational resources for schools worldwide, establishing an internationally recognised Islamic SEND Hub on a 50% partnership model.
Taqwa Institute, Sidr School and Sidr Productions have agreed to collaboratively develop high-quality Islamic SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities) curricula and educational resources for schools worldwide.
Sidr Productions will lead curriculum design, publishing, creative development and global dissemination, while Taqwa Institute will lead educational implementation, teacher training and specialist SEND expertise. Together the partners will also develop professional development programmes for schools implementing the curriculum.
The long-term vision is to establish an internationally recognised Islamic SEND Hub serving schools across the UK and globally, delivered on a 50% partnership model.
